RingBack is a software service that helps small businesses respond to missed calls with an automatic text message and manage the resulting conversations in a web dashboard.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that takes place under your account.

You agree to use RingBack only for lawful business purposes. You must not use the service to send unsolicited marketing messages, to harass or defraud recipients, or in a way that violates any applicable law, regulation, or the acceptable-use policies of our telephony providers.

RingBack is intended to be provided on a monthly subscription basis. Subscription pricing, billing terms and cancellation options will be shown clearly before you subscribe. You may cancel a subscription in line with the terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Message delivery, phone connectivity and available countries depend on third-party telephony providers. Delivery times, deliverability and available features may vary and are not guaranteed.

We aim to keep RingBack available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or issues with third-party providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RingBack is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost business, lost revenue or lost data arising from use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless a different jurisdiction is required by local law that applies to you.
